Training course facilitated by Corliss Olson are sponsored by ATU and School for Workers. Overall, the course covers Grievance Handling and we were trained in five areas:

  • What is a Grievance?
  • Information you need to handle a Grievance
  • Grievance writing
  • Communication skills
  • Training the next Rep (Leadership Recruitment)
