INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT WARREN GEORGE announces his retirement to be effective July 1, 2010.

MARCELLUS BARNES was recently appointed as an International Vice President. (Bio forthcoming)










GARY JOHNSON, Sr. has been an active ATU member for 25 years. In 2003, Gary Johnson was elected president of local 268 in Cleveland, Ohio, and served 2 terms in that capacity until 2008. In 2008 Brother Johnson was appointed International Representative; in 2010, he was appointed International Vice President. Congratulations, Brother Gary Johnson.

Bruce Foster Goes Home

 Retired International Vice President Bruce Foster, 85. ATU’s first African-American international officer, passed away on March 20, 2009. Foster was elected IVP in 1971, and was continually re-elected to the position until his retirement in 1986.
