We often find ourselves looking through the glass ceiling at opportunity, but not being given the true chance to obtain it.more

What is the purpose of the Conference?

To fellowship, train in the duties of Union representation, and discuss any matter of injustice or inequalities within the ranks of the ATU.more

How do you choose where you hold your Conferences?

By vote on the Conference floor during our business session.

Do you have to be African American to be a member?

No. Any ATU member that believes in our goals and issues can be a member.
